# Welcome to Nivå Harbour

**Welcome to Nivå Harbour**

We are delighted to welcome you to Nivå Harbour and hope you enjoy your stay with us.

To ensure adequate space for harbour guests, sailors and other visitors, motorhomes are required to use the designated motorhome area between **15 May and 1 October**. Overnight stays and parking for motorhomes are only permitted within these designated pitches.

Nivå Harbour can accommodate up to **five motorhomes** in the northern parking area near **Restaurant Trekosten**.

Payment of the motorhome fee can be made quickly and easily using the QR codes displayed on site.

As a motorhome guest, you are welcome to enjoy the same facilities available to our visiting boaters.

 Should you have any questions or require assistance during your stay, please feel free to visit the Harbour Office. We will be happy to help.

**Practical Information**

**Electricity and Water** Electricity and fresh water are available at the red utility building located near the boat crane.

**Payment** Please pay the motorhome fee immediately upon arrival using one of the QR codes displayed in the motorhome area.

Your payment receipt contains access codes for:

- Toilets and shower facilities
- Laundry room
- Bicycle key cabinet

The motorhome ticket is valid for **24 hours from the time of purchase** and includes:

- Electricity
- Water
- Showers and toilets
- Use of the harbour's loan bicycles

**Please note:** If you are unable to present a valid payment receipt, an inspection fee will be charged in addition to the applicable harbour fee.

**Reservations** Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve motorhome spaces in advance. Pitches are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

**Toilets and Showers** Toilet and shower facilities are located in the **Boater Services (Sejlerservice)** building next to **Café Strandhuset**.

The access code can be found on your payment receipt.

**Laundry Facilities** The laundry room is located next to **Café Strandhuset**.

The access code is provided on your receipt.

Laundry machine tokens can be purchased using the posted QR codes and collected:

- From the Harbour Office during opening hours, or
- From Café Strandhuset outside Harbour Office opening hours upon presentation of your receipt.

**Free Loan Bicycles** The bicycle key cabinet is located at the entrance to the harbour office.

The cabinet access code is printed on your payment receipt.

Please remember to return the key once you have finished using the bicycle so that other guests may enjoy the service.

**Waste Disposal** General waste bins are located throughout the harbour area.

Additional facilities include:

- A bottle recycling container at the environmental station at the south-western end of the main car park.
- A waste-sorting and recycling area at the same location.

**Hazardous Waste** Oil, paint, batteries and other hazardous materials must be disposed of at the environmental station.

**Swimming and Fishing** For safety reasons, swimming and fishing are not permitted within the harbour area or from the piers.

A beautiful public beach is located immediately south of the harbour and offers excellent opportunities for swimming.

**Chemical Toilet Disposal** Chemical toilets must be emptied in the disposal facility located in the courtyard of **Nivå Boat Club (Nivå Bådelaug)**.
